The following sales, delivery and payment conditions apply to all deliveries and services of www.bestvisit.eu unless otherwise stated. By ordering you indicate to agree to the terms and conditions.
Prices: All prices are always including VAT in accordance with the legislation. If transport, reservation or administrative costs are charged, this is mentioned separately. For registered mail and express shipments (on request only) extra costs will be charged.
Whichever method you choose, you will pay safely anyway.
By bank transfer: by transferring within 5 days after ordering, after receipt the items will be sent.
Maestro or Bancontact: via the trusted online payment environment of your bank
Credit card: the amount is reserved and only amortized after your item has been shipped
Payment via Bank transfer: the total amount of the order can be transferred to account BE, stating your order number ...... Attn. Bestvisit.
Delivery time: after the payment of your order has been received, your order will be shipped the same or the next working day. If your order consists of non-stock items that can no longer be delivered, then in consultation, either the excess amount paid will be refunded or you can exchange with another article from the webshop.
All items are checked before they are sent, for damage and for defects.
Shipping: all items are shipped in a protected packaging. Bestvisit or partner providers can not be held liable in case of damage or loss of your order. Since Bestvisit is dependent on the shipping of BPost and PostNL, it can not be held liable for delay in the order or its consequences.
Bestvisit or external sales companies are not liable for damage caused by incorrect and / or incomplete information provided by the customer. Incorrect delivery addresses are the responsibility of the customer and may give rise to additional costs that are borne by the customer. Returns and refund? you can return your order within 14 calendar days of receipt. The provisions of this article apply only to customers who purchase products online in their capacity as consumers (natural person acting for purposes outside his trade, business, craft or profession).

Partner providers: You order articles from external vendors in the same familiar way as articles from Bestvisit. When you have ordered something, Bestvisit arranges the payments and the seller arranges the shipment. Return or exchange shipments are returned directly to our partner provider in order to avoid delays.
Warranty: all items are checked for defects before shipment. Should it happen that an item is damaged, not due to the shipment, then you must report this within 24 hours after receipt by mail. We will then decide which solution we can offer you. Complaints that come in later will not be treated anymore
